After the purchase and payment are confirmed, the order is prepared for dispatch. The delivery times below are estimates and may vary in exceptional situations.

These periods begin after payment confirmation and order preparation.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are communicated to the client before the purchase is completed.
3. International deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes, customs duties or other charges may be imposed by the destination country authorities. Where such charges are not included in the amount communicated to the client, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Additional notes
Carrier delays, customs procedures, high-demand periods or force majeure circumstances may affect estimated delivery times. Where necessary, we will seek to inform the client of any relevant change.
