Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These conditions govern purchases made through JM VIP Plug. The business mainly operates through direct and personalised sales to a specific niche of clients, and products may be presented through direct communication with our commercial team.
Before a purchase is completed, the client is informed of the main characteristics of the items, the relevant price, the available payment methods and, where applicable, delivery conditions. Completing a purchase implies acceptance of the conditions applicable to that transaction.
2. Products and availability
We sell clothing, footwear, accessories and other fashion-related items. Availability is always subject to stock existing at the time the purchase is confirmed.
Images, videos or descriptions provided to the client aim to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, finish or presentation may nevertheless exist.
3. Prices
Prices are communicated to the client before the purchase is confirmed and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly stated when required by the nature of the transaction.
Any additional costs, including shipping costs where applicable, are also communicated before the purchase is completed.
4. Payments
Available payment methods may include cards, MB WAY, Multibanco references, bank transfer and other methods previously agreed between the parties.
Card payments are subject to authorisation and validation by the entities responsible for processing them. JM VIP Plug does not store full card details.
5. Purchase confirmation
A purchase is considered confirmed after acceptance of the applicable conditions and confirmation of payment, unless a specific different agreement exists between the parties.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, the client will be informed as soon as possible and the relevant amount will be refunded.

7. Exchanges and returns

8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

In consumer disputes, consumers may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The official list of authorised entities is available through the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Content, images, visual elements, trade names and other materials made available by JM VIP Plug may not be used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. These terms may be updated whenever necessary to reflect legal, commercial or operational changes.
